You will:
  • Lead discovery with learners, ambassadors, and partners; validate problems.
  • Prioritize roadmaps; write crisp PRDs; align design/engineering.
  • Launch features with Marketing/Programs; track activation and retention.
  • Run experiments; prune concepts that don’t deliver impact.
  • Champion accessibility, reliability, and measurable learning outcomes.
